Admission process
Prepare for your application by reviewing the checklist for your child’s grade level.
Step One
Start Your Application
Begin your journey by submitting an online application. You’ll need to provide academic transcripts from the last 2 years, passport copies, and recent photos. Our team is here to support you at every stage.
Step Two
Application Review
Our admissions committee carefully reviews every application. For many year groups, students are invited for an age-appropriate assessment and a friendly interview with our academic heads.

Step Three
Offer of Admission
Successful candidates will receive a formal Letter of Offer. To secure your place, simply return the signed acceptance form and pay the enrollment fees within the specified timeframe.

Join our community
Welcome to WAAPC American School! Before your first day, we’ll provide a comprehensive orientation package including school uniform details, transportation schedules, and an invitation to join our Parent-Teacher Association (PTA).
